Marina: Postpartum and Sleep Deprivation

First time mom Marina and I pop open a bottle of wine and about her postpartum experience and what it was like to experience such sleep deprivation. We talk about her labor and delivery including delivering with a non working epidural on her back which was exactly what she didn't want! My friends, even with an epidural you can change positions! Please advocate for yourself and make sure your nurse knows what you need. Thanks so much for being patient!! Follow me on instagram@the_real_postpartumexperience
