Today’s episode is with a very special guest….Ms Lois who is also known as @itsnursingparastudentlo on Instagram. She is a nursing and paramedicine student and recently diagnosed ADHDer who is passionate about empowering young women, especially black women in the medical field. She is very passionate about having conversations surrounding mental health in the black community. In today’s episode we had a joyous and sometimes distracted conversation about the ADHD diagnosis process, stimming, Tik Tok, dyscalculia, black girls and neurodiversity and the importance of community.
