This week I'm joined by my sweet friend Bri who is making a difference on the Big Island of Hawaii. She grew up in California and Nicaragua, but now calls Hawaii home. Bri founded Exploring Within, a healing and wellness silent disco. She guides dancing and connection experiences in nature, creating safe spaces for people to explore within. Bri has a gentle soul, big heart, and passion for what she does.
