Tyler is 27 years old and lives in Virginia Beach with his beautiful wife, Alexis, and their 2-year-old Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, Bentley.

After attending the College of William & Mary for a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and a Masters of Accounting degree, obtaining his Certified Public Accountant license, and working for a Big 4 Accounting firm, Tyler realized he was heading down the wrong path. During his time at William & Mary and the corporate world, he spent as many hours as he feasibly could before and after class/work to read books, listen to podcasts, and research anything he could get his hands on pertaining to real estate investing.
