Seena Ghetmiri is a former dentist turned real estate investor and host of the “Ghet Investing” podcast.

In his first year of real estate he and his wife Kacia, purchased 3.5 million dollars of investment property with a combination of long term rental, small multi-family and luxury AirBnB utilizing creative financing strategies.

He’s passionate about helping people build an additional stream of income through real estate, and reminding them that regardless of title, at any point in life they can change their mind to build a career path that feels aligned.
