One of the most prominent and compelling fitness experts and race announcers in America, Fitz Koehler is a fitness innovator who has been helping people all around the globe live better and longer by making fitness understandable, attainable, and fun!
Growing up in a very basic home in Fort Lauderdale and in an addiction-ridden house, Fitz fell in love with healthy living when she started teaching fitness at the age of 15 in traditional fitness centers.
By the age of 20, Fitz was helping lead countless people toward health and athletic adventures.
Then, in 2019, Fitz would be handed a health scare when, just six weeks after a crystal-clear mammogram, she discovered a cancerous lump in her breast, which had already spread to her lymph nodes.
Determined not to shut down or let her fear win, Fitz turned up the volume and bravely went through 15 months of chemotherapy, 33 rounds of radiation, and several surgeries, all while staying committed to fitness, quality time with her kids, and maintaining her career at full force.
She shares her journey in her memoir, “My Noisy Cancer Comeback: Running at the Mouth While Running for My Life,” in the hopes of helping other cancer patients triumph and thrive!
