Chris Scott & Rebecca Ingram (from the Ingram Case that Justice Romaine’s ruling that the CMOH orders were ultra vires) have launched a Class Action Law Suit against the Alberta Government for any business owners that have suffered financial hardship during the COVID lockdowns.
