Our guest tonight is Lisa Boyle, co-chair of the Parkersburg Engagement Project (PEP). The PEP initiative is dedicated to showcasing the power of community-led decision-making and organized action. At the heart of our efforts is the Parkersburg Steering Committee, which will engage with residents and stakeholders to tackle a pressing community issue. By fostering collaboration, we aim to strengthen civic ties, meet community needs, and create a model that inspires communities across the country.

Jack Mathers, President, Friends of Vienna (WV) • 16 March 2024
Friends of Vienna is an all-volunteer non-profit formed to support the efforts of the Tree and Beautification Commission in mission and fund-raising endeavors. Through projects and events, they are helping the residents of Vienna develop and care for their community. They are presenting a 4-day Freedom Festival in Vienna. On June 28th and 29th, they will be at the Grand Central Mall, ending with a drone display and fireworks. On July 5th and 6th, they will be at Spencer’s Landing with a rodeo and tethered hot air balloon rides.
