Journaling is one of those things that seems like a made up thing that only people in rom-coms do... however if I had to pick a genre of movie that correlates to my life I would definitely say it parallels a rom-com. Which is likely why I have been journaling for a majority of my life. I can not think of a single point in my life where I did not have a journal in my nightstand.
