I drop far too many f bombs in this one because the passion is so real when it comes to the people pleasing wound that has been created in women. By silencing our truth, keeping the peace, not ruffling any feathers to keep other people comfortable we are only harming ourself. Essentially it’s a death by a million cuts. It’s time we change this, collectively, to be loud, take up space & activate others by being authentically & unapologetically ourselves. Fully and completely.
