In this video, I share my perspective on toxic masculinity, men’s mental health, and what Fight Club actually got right — and wrong — about male power, trauma, and responsibility.

Most conversations about toxic masculinity completely miss the point.

They either blame men, soften everything into therapy language men don’t relate to, or pretend the solution is simply “be nicer.”

Fight Club understood that something was deeply wrong with men — but it misunderstood what the solution was.
