Note sull'episodio
Every harvest has a beginning—and that beginning is a seed.
In this powerful episode of The Overcomers Mind Podcast, Apostle Dr. Isaac Frimpong teaches one of the fundamental principles governing both natural and spiritual life: seed, time and harvest. Drawing from Genesis 8:22, he explains that many people desire a harvest without first recognising, planting and nurturing the seed required to produce it.
Jesus repeatedly used the language of seeds to reveal mysteries of the Kingdom. In Matthew 13, the Word of God is presented as seed, and the Kingdom of Heaven itself is compared to good seed and a mustard seed. The message therefore challenges believers to stop focusing only on visible results and begin paying attention to what they are planting today.
The principle reaches into every area of life. Prayer is a seed. Encouragement is a seed. The Word is a seed. Faith is a seed. What we consistently do is a seed. Apostle Isaac emphasizes that seed-sowing should not be reduced to money; our actions, spiritual disciplines and investments in the lives of others can eventually produce a corresponding harvest.
The episode also carries a serious warning from the parable of the wheat and tares: the enemy understands the principle of the seed too. Rather than simply uprooting good seed, the enemy sowed his own. This calls believers to spiritual discernment—recognising destructive seeds before they are allowed to mature into a harvest.
Apostle Isaac ultimately brings the principle back to Jesus Christ. Christ Himself came as a seed, giving His life so that through His death many sons could be brought into God’s family.
