Survivor Series Preview Show
Like the Survivor Series of old, let’s revisit some nostalgia by hosting this week’s episode of The Meltdown on Thanksgiving Eve!!! Welcome to Wrath Wednesday, where Bryan & Tom hit it home on so many amazing topics relating to the Fall Spectacular…
Join the boys as they:
- Take a look forward to this weekend’s mega PLE, Survivor Series
- Hit the Comparison between the original format, “Teams of 5 strive to survive” Elimination Matches and War Games
- Bryan’s preferences?
- Take a look back at ‘93 & ‘94, when Adam Bomb was a part of 2 legendary Survivor Series teams.
- 1993 - Team Razor vs. Team Schyster
- 1994 - Guts & Glory vs. Million Dollar Team
- Can Bryan name all members of both teams from these events?
- Mr Perfect was replaced last minute by Macho Man Randy Savage in 1993. When were the Superstars made aware of the alteration? Did the change affect the original plan for the match?
- Preference over being a part of a Heel Team and a Baby Face Team?
- Bryan was a part of WCW Fall Brawl where WarGames was a feature. Was performing in a ring, which had another ring butted up to it, difficult to manoeuvre? Not having the luxury of a crowd on one side?
- Preview of this Saturday’s PLE and a match car run down including:
- WarGames: Cody Rhodes, Roman Reigns, CM Punk & The Usos vs. Brock Lesnar, Drew McIntyre, Logan Paul, Bronson Reed & Bron Breakker
- WarGames: Rhea Ripley, Iyo Sky, AJ Lee, Charlotte Flair & Alexa Bliss vs. Becky Lynch, Asuka, Kairi Sane, Nia Jaxx & Lash Legend
- Intercontinental Title Match: John Cena vs. Dominik Mysterio
- WWE Women’s World Championship: Stephanie Vacquer vs. Nikki Bella
- John Cena’s Last Time is Now Tournament for Saturday Night’s Main Event in December.
- Current lineup up sees Gunther, Solo Sikoa, LA Knight, Jey Uso… who’s being given the Golden Ticket
- Would it be a natural and fitting ending for Cena to be honoured with a Hall Of Fame Induction at WrestleMania next year?
- The WWE returns of Matt Cardona (as Zack Ryder) and Nic Nemeth (as Dolph Ziggler)
