On April 14th, my 30th birthday, I spent time by myself at Coney Island Beach, sitting with life, listening to the sounds of nature, feeling the peace of the water, and reflecting on everything this season has been teaching me. This episode is a raw birthday reflection on growth, self-sabotage, faith, discomfort, solitude, and learning how to just be.

I speak on finding peace in my own presence, taking up more space in my own life, trusting my process, and realizing that some of the biggest growth comes from continuing to show up for yourself even when life doesn’t move the way you thought it would.
