Don't Be That Adult With All Hustle But NO Hobbies
Adulthood can become survival mode real quick if you’re not careful. In this episode, I break down why having hobbies isn’t just a nice idea—it’s necessary. From creativity to peace of mind to emotional balance, hobbies give us space to remember who we are beyond the hustle. Whether you’re a person grinding through life, or someone stuck in a cycle of work and stress, this episode is a reminder: your joy, your outlet, your spark—it matters. Don’t let the world steal that from you. This one’s for the people building a life, not just surviving one.

What I Get Excited About In The Kitchen
In this episode of The Life of a Multifacet, I’m talking about what really excites me in the kitchen and why cooking has become such a big part of my life. I get into the creativity, the comfort, the freedom, and the fun that comes with being able to make food your own way. I also talk about some of my favorite things to cook, the meals and desserts I feel strongest about, how my taste has evolved over time, and why the kitchen has become a place where I can really feel at home. This episode is really about passion, creativity, and how something that started as fun turned into something deeper for me. The kitchen is more than just a place to make food; it’s a place where a lot of joy, comfort, and inspiration start.
Weird Things About Me Haha
In this episode of The Life of a Multifacet, I’m sharing a few of the weird little things about me that make me… me. I get into being a neat freak, my obsession with folding stuff a certain way, why I like bags and packages to feel like I’m opening a gift, how particular I am about placement and organization, and even some random food quirks that I know probably sound wild to other people. This one is more fun and off the cuff, but it also speaks to the human side of who I am and the little habits and traits that make up my personality. This episode is really just about embracing the weird, the specific, and the random parts of yourself that make you stand out. Because everybody has their thing.
Abstinence Aint Lame, There's Real Value And Power In It
In this episode of The Life of a Multifacet, I’m talking about the real difference between celibacy and abstinence, and why a lot of people keep using the wrong word. I also get into what abstinence has looked like for me as a man, how it’s helped me build more discipline, and why taking sex off the table for a season can actually bring more focus, confidence, and clarity into your life. I talk about sexual pressure, attraction, self-control, being intentional with women, and how easy it is for men to lose time, energy, and direction when sex becomes too big of a focus. This episode is really about learning how to lock in, protect your peace, and understand that just because you’re not sexually active in a season doesn’t mean you’re missing out. Sometimes that’s exactly where the growth happens.
You Can Have A Voice Without Showing Your Face
In this episode of The Life of a Multifacet, I’m talking about why you don’t have to always be visible to still have a real voice and create real impact. I get into why audio can still be powerful, why everybody doesn’t need to force video content, and how sometimes the simplest way to put yourself out there is the best way to start. I also talk about how people overcomplicate content, why older generations sometimes struggle with adjusting to new ways of creating, and why I think too many people hold themselves back when they already have what they need to get started. This episode is really about using your voice, keeping things simple, and realizing that impact doesn’t always have to come from being seen all the time. Sometimes people just need to hear you.
Personally Working On Slowing Down
In this episode of The Life of a Multifacet, I’m talking about something I’ve really been working on lately — slowing down. I get into how fast my mind can move, how that shows up in the way I speak, and why I’ve been learning that saying more doesn’t always make the message hit harder. Sometimes less really is more. I also talk about wanting to be more specific when I tell stories, cutting down on filler words, and finding better ways to communicate without losing the realness that makes me me. This episode is really about growth, self-awareness, and learning how to sharpen your voice without feeling like you have to change who you are.
The Real On My Sexual Discipline As A Man...(It's Hard Af)
In this episode of The Life of a Multifacet, I’m talking about sexual discipline as a man and giving a real perspective on what that has looked like in my life. I get into protection, getting tested, having honest conversations, setting boundaries, resisting pressure, and what it means to move with discipline even when the opportunity is there. I also talk about how easy it is for men to get judged one way while women can move differently behind the scenes, and why these conversations need more honesty from both sides. This episode is really about maturity, responsibility, sexual self-control, and being honest about how I’ve chosen to move as a man while still keeping it real about the pressures, temptations, and lessons that come with it.
What I'm Really Attracted To In A Woman
In this episode of The Life of a Multifacet, I’m talking about one of the biggest things that really draws me to a woman - her mind. I get into why intellect, creativity, emotional maturity, and mental stimulation matter so much to me, and how being able to have deep, sharp, and meaningful conversation can make a woman stand out in a completely different way. I also speak on being a sapiosexual, the kind of connection I value most, and why physical attraction alone just isn’t enough for me if the deeper layers aren’t there. This episode is really about connection, chemistry, and what it looks like when you’re truly drawn to someone for how they think, how they express themselves, and how they make your mind light up.
Can't Lie...I Lost Motivation Recently Too
In this episode of The Life of a Multifacet, I’m talking about what it means to keep showing up even when you don’t feel motivated. I get into the difference between internal and external motivation, how easy it is to tie your worth to validation, praise, or outside results, and why that can leave you feeling lost when those things disappear. I also talk about the small ways I’ve been learning to push myself back into alignment — whether that’s through content, fitness, journaling, music, or just putting myself back in environments that remind me who I am. This episode is really about self-worth, discipline, and learning that some days you have to create your own spark. Even when the motivation isn’t naturally there, you can still do a little something that helps you get back into your zone.
