The Party manages to escape their prison and fight through even more guards keeping them in the citadel and continue to get closer to their way out. Meanwhile, Dovakin takes care of Acheron's Egg and learns more about their enemy, through making a deal with Vaelnir, a fellow voidling who wishes to visit and learn about the material plane. In turn, Dovakin gains some new abilities while they share his body and (quite literally) crash in after the party's battle on a dragon with the others and they all prepare for the battle that will send them home...
