Today we focus our attention on the crisis that’s afflicted the Tata Group. Was N. Chandrasekaran’s appointment for a third term as Chairman legitimate or illegal? Is the RBI’s insistence on listing in the best interests of the company or could it threaten its future? And is the Modi government pulling strings from behind the scenes?
