Written by and starring renowned television writer Allan Katz (who joins us for an EXCLUSIVE INTERVIEW about his experience working on the film), this movie follows Bob Maloogaloogaloogaloogalooga (one Malooga, four Loogas), a feral hunchback living in UCLA’s abandoned clocktower. When the psychology department seeks to educate and civilize Bob, wacky hijinks ensue.
