This guided meditation is infused with all the healing power and magic of Monterey Bay. Monterey is a deeply healing and high vibrational place, much like Sedona or Mount Shasta.

Whenever you go there, your mind, body, and soul are deeply nourished, and you receive whatever it is you need. I felt so much healing power while I was there, I wanted to bring it back with me.

And so I stood barefoot in the waves, recording the sounds of the ocean, and infusing the recording with the intention that whoever listens experiences this healing also.
