The Power of Identification

In our first episode, we talked about the heavy bags we carry—the fear, the exhaustion, the need for control. This week, we are moving from the 'why' to the 'what.' We can’t trade a burden we refuse to acknowledge. Today, we are talking about how to name the weight so we can finally lay it down.
