You can always register your Ejari yourself through the Dubai REST app or at a trustee centre. The official government fee through the app is AED 177.50. Our filing service is AED 299 plus VAT.

The Ejari certificate is always issued by RERA. We prepare, review, and submit your application, but we do not issue the certificate and cannot guarantee approval or processing times.
