Today we're covering one of the most challenging tenancy situations in Dubai—when a landlord refuses to register Ejari. While most landlords complete the registration or allow tenants to do it on their behalf, some refuse, leaving tenants unable to access services such as DEWA, visa applications, or school enrolment.

There are three common situations.
