In the previous episodes, we've focused mainly on residential Ejaries because that's what most tenants experience. But the Ejaries system also covers commercial properties—and while the registration process looks similar, the rules are not.

The biggest difference is simple.

A residential Ejaries registers a home for an individual or family. A commercial Ejaries registers business premises such as an office, shop, warehouse, clinic, or retail unit, where the tenant is usually a company.

That distinction changes everything.

For residential properties, the tenant is identified by an Emirates ID. For commercial properties, the company's trade lic ...
