Sign Special — MORDANE · April 13 – May 2
MORDANE · The Garnet Sign · April 13 – May 2
A special edition of The Dog You Chose. Most mornings, The Daily Companion reads all eighteen Companion Signs and moves briskly along — but every sign in the wheel deserves a portrait of its own, and this series takes them one at a time, in the order of the year.
Benedetto opens the paper from Gulfport, Florida. Violetta paints the full Mordane portrait: the Devotee of the pack, a dog running on the Pack instinct and the Garnet's mood of Intense Devotion — passionate, devoted, and constitutionally incapable of doing anything by halves. Its motto: "I'm all in." Its habitat: the Fireside. Its warning, delivered kindly: beware of loving with handcuffs. And the portrait closes with the sign's lesson — release control, and let the beloved come back by choice.
A musical break from the author's own notebook: 'Loyalty Is Law.'
Mordane's readings run in the daily paper through May 2; on May 3 the wheel turns to Aurel. Find your dog's sign at dogyouchose.com. From The Companion Signs by Nick A. Shishkov — the first horoscope ever written for dogs.
