Note sull'episodio

We recap the RPS meet this past weekend from Newark NJ! Our lifter Brandon Densmore punched his ticket to the Arnold Classic with a qualifying total of 1550 at 198! This meet I really had an opportunity to observe some of what makes elite lifters great. The focus, what they do in warm ups, their level of preparation. I lay out why these lifters rise to the top and excel and my observations from the back room VIP Membership - Coaching Application -
