Note sull'episodio
Recorded at 1:44 PM and closing at exactly 44 minutes, this episode is infused with pure abundance codes ✨💫.
See with me for this one because the end gets juicy here there’s a really beautiful story about how the universe is constantly effortlessly guiding you into self realization.
In To Thine Own Soul Be True, I unravel what it really means to live authentically, beyond masks, martyrdom, and external validation. We travel from Shakespeare’s iambic pentameter heartbeat rhythm 🫀 to Lord of the Rings’ mirror of ego (hi Gollum 👀), through the lens of English literature, psychology, codependent relationships , water faucets, unexpected abundance, and starseed awakening.
I share how my own undergrad journey through loss, grief, and intellectual overdrive led me to discover that self-love is not about performance or proving — it’s about listening with the heart. From Saint Theresa of Avila and Mother Teresa, and the rose codes 🌹, to the trap of giving from an empty cup, to faucet recalls, abundance refunds, and synchronicity in the Catskills 🌲🐕, this episode channels the reminder:
🔑 Your energy is your sacred currency. Your light is not for leeches. Your love is not for crumbs.
We’ll talk gridwork, boundaries, clearing narcissist/codependent cycles, and how abundance often arrives in surprising forms — from Amazon refunds to silver dollars found in the wash. It’s not about money as God, it’s about embodying the truth that YOU are the abundance code.
Fill thy cup. Love thyself first. Flow like water 🌊. Protect your frequency. And remember: to thine own soul be true.
