You can be anointed and still be exhausted

You can love God and still need healing in your soul

Wholeness is part of abundant life

You can have faith and still be overwhelmed

Mental wholeness is part of Gods plan for you

When you trust your emotions it increases fear

Fear exaggerates threats

Pain distorts perspective

Offence assumes intentions

anxiety predicts disasters

Exhaustion makes everything look worse

Speak to your soul instead of allowing your soul speak for you

Feel your emotions, but don’t let your emotions enthrone you
