A Farewell to Arms chapter TWENTY-FOUR

Frederick & Catherine spent their last evening together in a hotel in Milano, eating a sumptuous meal, drinking wine, & trying to make plans to stay in touch with each other as the young lieutenant is just about to board the train that will take him back to his former comrades whatever else awaits him in Gorizia.

In this episode, we will continue reading Ernest Hemingway’s novel A Farewell to Arms. Last time, we finished chapter TWENTY-THREE of book TWO, & now I will continue the story with chapter TWENTY-FOUR to END book TWO. After reading the chapter, I will follow up with quick facts & my impressions.
