Lieutenant Henry has had knee surgery, a bit of scolding from the nursing staff, & a short break from spending time with Catherine while he heals. Their affair continues while their infatuation with each other deepens.

In this episode, we will continue reading Ernest Hemingway’s novel A Farewell to Arms. Last time, we read chapter SEVENTEEN in book TWO, & now I will continue the story with chapter EIGHTEEN. After reading the chapter, I will follow up with some quick facts & my impressions.
