Crohn's and Colitis Awareness Week is 1-7 December 2022

This episode was recorded with a great friend of mine, Kane.

We discussed a condition that he suffers with Crohn's. Crohn's disease is a lifelong condition where parts of the digestive system become inflamed.

Research conducted by Crohn's & Colitis UK in 2022 suggests 1 in every 123 people in the UK have either Crohn's disease or ulcerative colitis. This amounts to a total of nearly half a million people in the UK living with IBD.

I really enjoyed this episode with Kane, he was a great guest and I hope by sharing his experience, he will be helping others.
