Meanwhile, Kendall, Shiv, and Roman arrive late to Connor's rehearsal dinner after Logan pulls their helicopter access, where Stewy and Sandi pitch a board veto of the GoJo acquisition. Kendall takes a private call from Matsson warning he will cancel the deal if the board pushes on price, then votes for the veto without disclosing what he knows.
