Stagione 1
Episode 1 - Solaris (*and others)
Welcome back Story Jammers! In this post, Jer and LP chat about one of the tightest sci-fi novels of our time - Solaris. The wows, the ups and others. Why is this an incredible Sci-Fi tale? What did it do to the genre and what does it tell us about the art of the story? In this post we also chat a bit about another of our favorites - A Canticle for Leibowitz. Shaking my head as I write this review...in a good way. Short, strong language, prescient, and foreboding. Way before its time. We talk a bit about books, how we pick them. *Audio might sound a bit up and down. Give us your thoughts. Join in the conversation.
BOOM! Story Jam Radio drops in hard and fast with this quick intro to the cast. The opening question - what is this whole Story Jam Radio business? From books to film, games to songs - what does it mean when we talk about story. What's a good story? What's a not-so-great one? Well, have a listen, bring some questions. Our fire's your fire. Let's talk story. -SJR
