Giannis Antetokounmpo (say that 5 times fast!), the all star forward and one time MVP of the National Basketball Association's Milwaukee Bucks is currently experiencing painful playoff adversity in more ways than one. At publishing time of this episode (April 29, 2024) he is hobbled by a late season injury that has kept him out of the series with the Indiana Pacers which has also contributed to them facing first round elimination for the second consecutive year. Back on April 26, 2023. The Eastern Conference #1 seeded Milwaukee Bucks had just been eliminated from the playoffs in the first round by the #8 seed, the Miami Heat. By most observers, this was an unexpectedly quick end to the Bucks' season.
