Exclusive Interview with the South Africa Baseball Union | Stadium BS Season 4 Premiere!
Welcome to Season 4 of Stadium BS! Today marks the one-year anniversary of our very first show, and we’ve come a long way. What better way to celebrate than by kicking off Season 4 with a BANG! ⚾🇿🇦
In this special episode, Frankie Castellon sits down with Marc Moreau, Head of the South Africa Baseball Union, for an in-depth conversation about the history, challenges, and future of baseball in South Africa.
Marc shares his incredible personal journey with baseball, from discovering the sport as a young refugee in South Africa in the 1960s to becoming one of the leaders helping guide South African baseball on the international stage.
We discuss South Africa’s participation in the World Baseball Classic and the Olympics, the unique challenges facing baseball across Africa, and what it will take to build a stronger and more sustainable future for the sport.
Marc also explains how South African players have developed an alternative style of baseball due to limited resources, inadequate facilities, financial challenges, and competition from more established sports such as rugby and cricket.
⚾ IN THIS EPISODE:

🌎 THE FUTURE OF SOUTH AFRICAN BASEBALL
