Note sull'episodio
In this adult study with Anthony Ally, we take a clear and simple look at the work of the Holy Spirit in the life of every Christian. The Fathers teach that the Spirit is the One who brings the grace of God into our hearts and makes the Christian life real. He is the bridge between heaven and earth. He heals our wounds, gives us strength, and guides us toward truth. Without the Spirit, there is no real change. With Him, we begin to grow into the likeness of Christ.
Anthony walks us through how the Fathers understood the Spirit as the One who gives discipline, wisdom, and peace. They taught that the Spirit is fully God and that His gifts are not random signs but tools that shape us into people who can love God and others. The Spirit prepares us for Theosis, the path where our whole being is renewed by the life of God.
In this study we learn how to discern His voice, how to trust His work, and how to welcome Him into our daily life. The Spirit leads us to a deeper love for Christ and a clearer hope in the resurrection. He helps us become partakers of the divine nature, which is the true calling of every believer in the Orthodox Church.
