I'M BACK and SOUL Vibrant in full effect in a new month with new magic! Black Girl Magic, I should say, as October is a month of high spiritual energy. October is known as Hoodoo Heritage Month. Coined by Mama Rue, Hoodoos celebrate throughout the month with several events uplifting different practices. Embracing my own hoodoo heritage, each week I will highlight an ancestor that connects me to the practice. "With their permission" I share their stories and the greatest lessons they taught me.
