Moving Mindfully through Meditation with Meditation Coach Lisa Bianco

Lisa Bianco is a mother and certified meditation coach with the Chopra Center and a transformation coach. Her mission is to use her experiences and story to support others wishing to transform their lives or have gone through or are going through a divorce, separation, or break-up to reawaken their confidence and connect to their inner being to spark the changes needed to heal. Lisa's group and 1-on-1 coaching dive deep into identifying old beliefs and areas of self-sabotage while establishing a safe practice of forgiveness and self-compassion to support oneself in manifesting the life they have always dreamed of. Her motto is: “Healing begins with change.” In this episode, Lisa and I dissect how she came into meditation at the time in her life when she needed it most. She started small and sure enough, the domino effect lead her to become a Meditation Coach through Deepak Chopra's school (the 21 Day meditation where Lisa started is linked below). Lisa is originally from New York City, has lived in several places over the years, but has resided in Frankfurt, Germany for the last twenty years. This is a wonderful episode for you to tune into if you are remotely interested in meditation, are feeling a bit burnout as a parent or need baby steps of encouragement in starting small.
