Attachment in Action: The Power of Being Seen
Mean Girls
Jenn and Kellie talk more about mental health and why it is so important to keep it in check. The ladies broach on the Mom For a Minute program and how this sense of community is needed. Again, not trained professionals, just two women with a little experience in life.
We talk about the impact mean girls have made on us over the years, including times when we ourselves weren't such nice girls. Whoever can tell me how many times Kellie gets off topic, WINS!! Haha, maybe in the future. We discuss the many challenges of being a parent, a partner, and most importantly a woman and how to love yourself.
Mother’s Day isn’t one-size-fits-all—and honestly, it never was. This isn’t the flowers-and-brunch version. This is for the moms who are exhausted, the ones who feel like they’re getting it wrong, and the ones who show up anyway. It’s for the people who had to grow up too fast, who are still healing, or who carry the weight of “being the strong one.” We’re talking about the invisible load, the complicated relationships, the guilt, the pride, and everything in between. Whether you’re celebrating, struggling, or somewhere in the middle—this one’s for you.
