Afka and Anna talk about starting up their food production business Okanagan Rawsome in which she takes local, organic, raw produce, including fruit, seeds, nuts and vegetables, mixes ingredients together and air dries it into wonderful Crisps and Brittles for sale throughout the Okanagan and Shuswap.
