Then the new week comes, and real life is back, and with it, those quiet thoughts like, “Am I doing enough? Am I falling behind?” In this episode, I talk about how it’s possible for people to see your life as moving fast and easy, while you are looking at others and feeling like you are the one behind. I share my own moments of thinking that, and what has helped me move through life without the constant pressure to keep up. Sometimes, it’s not about going faster, it’s about knowing you are going in the right direction for you.
