Hi friends! On this first episode of Satisfy the Soul, I introduce myself and the vision I have for this podcast before moving onto the idea of living with intention for the year 2026. According to numerology, 2026 is the first year in a nine year cycle. Whether we believe in numerology or not, this is a great symbol for living as though every subsequent year depends on this year. We will examine where we've been, where we are, and where we are going.
