When People Disappoint: The Art Of Letting Go

Veronica and J discuss how disappointment is inevitable in human relationships and can arise from everyday incidents, family dynamics, romantic betrayal, political divides, and broader world events. They share personal examples, describe painful conflicts with family, and parallels with a self-centered parent. Together they emphasize processing hurt without spiritual bypassing, using meditation, intuition, and self-reflection to identify one’s part without self-blame, and practicing forgiveness without reconciliation. ✨ Important Links: - SHADOW WORK: A ROOT CHAKRA EXERCISE - https://youtu.be/UW5_-M70WtI?si=gtAF7n4eBBW3PtiF - Spiritual Bypassing: https://youtu.be/SkauSvKx1UE - YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/@SaltySeekersPodcast - Find Veronica on YouTube (where you can also watch the video version of all episodes): https://www.youtube.com/@TheWholenessShift - https://saltyseekers.com/ - The Wholeness Shift Website: https://wholenessshift.com/ - Call or Text us at: 216-206-7774 - Email us at: saltyseekers@gmail.com - IG: @saltyseekerspodcast - Listen to our podcast on your favorite platform or click here: https://media.rss.com/saltyseekers/feed.xml

Validation, Shadows, and Trust: A Deeper Dive into the Self

J and Veronica discuss validation—why people want it, how it shows up personally, professionally, romantically, and spiritually, and how to know if it becomes unhealthy. They also address spiritual validation during awakening, emphasizing discernment and trusting one-off experiences without needing repeated signs, especially for those deconstructing from church teachings that discourage self-trust and promote external authority. ✨ Important Links: - YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/@SaltySeekersPodcast - Find Veronica on YouTube (where you can also watch the video version of all episodes): https://www.youtube.com/@TheWholenessShift - https://saltyseekers.com/ - The Wholeness Shift Website: https://wholenessshift.com/ - Call or Text us at: 216-206-7774 - Email us at: saltyseekers@gmail.com - IG: @saltyseekerspodcast

The Giver, The Taker, The Boundary Breaker

Veronica and J return for season four of The Salty Seekers and introduce the episode “The Giver,” exploring how over-giving and over-forgiving can become self-betrayal without boundaries and discernment. J admits he gives to make others feel valued because he often hasn’t felt seen, and wonders whether burnout, depression, and disappointment come from ego or simple depletion. Veronica relates through struggles with boundaries—especially with her kids—and describes giving away belongings, spiritual bypassing her resentment, and confusing forgiveness with allowing someone back into her life. They discuss giving from “overflow” rather than reserves, auditing relationships for different forms of reciprocity and love languages, and the giver/taker dynamic. They note receiving is also a skill, highlight manipulative giving as a shadow side, share personal examples of support from friends and end with listener engagement and contact info. ✨ Spiritual Bypassing: https://youtu.be/SkauSvKx1UE OTHER IMPORTANT LINKS: - Find Veronica on YouTube https://www.youtube.com/@TheWholenessShift - The Salty Seekers Website: - The Wholeness Shift Website: https://wholenessshift.com/ - Call or Text us at: 216-206-7774 - Email us at: saltyseekers@gmail.com

Several Rabbit Holes, J Gets A Reading, and Some Numerology Too with Kayla

There is a little bit of everything in this episode! Veronica and J welcome back Kayla, who reads Astro-Egyptian numerology. They explore current “collective” themes of uncertainty, fear, burnout, and feeling adrift, framed through tarot and numerology, emphasizing career, health, foundations, and relationships, and the need to move in faith without clear foresight. The conversation centers on authenticity versus masking, imposter syndrome, trusting intuition, recognizing personal cycles for rest and action, and using numerology for shadow work and direction. They debate charging for spiritual services as an energetic exchange and how underpricing fuels guilt and burnout. Kayla encourages J to value his communication and purpose—helping others unmask and break patterns—while they also clarify psychic vs. mediumship vs. channeling and share examples of validation and intuitive “downloads.” ✨ Important Links: ✨Kayla’s website: https://www.embodyyouenergetics.com/ ✨Kayla’s FB: https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=61573876567806 ✨Kayla’s email: kaylaeickmeyer@hotmail.com - Find Veronica on YouTube (where you can also watch the video version of all episodes): https://www.youtube.com/@TheWholenessShift - The Wholeness Shift Website: https://wholenessshift.com/ - Call or Text us at: 216-206-7774 - Email us at: saltyseekers@gmail.com - IG: @saltyseekerspodcast

Inside Indian Palm Leaf Readings (Nadi Shastra)

Hosts Veronica and J. of interview Dr. Q from the Indian Palm Leaf Reading Institute about nadi shastra, a Vedic-astrology-based tradition using ancient palm leaves from Tamil Nadu said to contain messages for “old souls.” Dr. Q explains how a seeker’s thumbprint category type (one of 108) is used to physically search archives for a matching bundle, then a reader matches the correct leaf through yes/no statements which leads to a reading of coded poetic text in ancient Tamil. He emphasizes readings as guidelines with key “puja” remedies to address karmic or other blocks. KC shares her months-long search, a two-and-a-half-hour reading that identified names and birth details, a past life, the six assigned pujas. Nadi Reading info: Thousands of years ago, enlightened sages, through the help of Lord Shiva, gained the power of clairvoyance. These Maharishis used their divine powers to look into the future and predict the lives of millions of people. Their insights were put down on dried Palm Leaves. Your Palm Leaf was written specifically for you to answer your most important questions about your life: Karma, Obstacles, Children, Destiny, Partnership, Career and Health. Our institute was founded so that people can search for their Leaf without having to travel to India. ✨ Important Links: Dr Q Founder Indian Palm Leaf Reading Institute Web: www.IndianPalmLeafReading.com Facebook: www.facebook.com/IndianPalmLeafReading YouTube: www.youtube.com/c/IndianPalmLeafReadingInstitute - Find Veronica on YouTube (where you can also watch the video version of all episodes): https://www.youtube.com/@TheWholenessShift - The Wholeness Shift Website: https://wholenessshift.com/ - Call or Text us at: 216-206-7774 - Email us at: saltyseekers@gmail.com - IG: @saltyseekerspodcast
