Saint Podcast x Struggling To Find Your Purpose? Watch this.

It’s easy to feel discouraged and lost in life when thinking about your career and figuring out what “your purpose” in life truly is. Especially when you witness others around you that appear to be thriving in what they do. A crucial sentiment to remember in life is that we must always embrace the journey, and even the mystery that comes with it — that’s what makes it so special. When you begin to love the journey, all the goals begin to follow naturally; almost as though it’s a reward. Along that journey, you will have ups and downs, and even some detours. It’s natural to feel stagnant sometimes, and that you don’t know which direction to go. But as humans, we have full control of what goals in life we desire to attain and are fully capable of achieving the life we dream of if we work hard enough. We all hold the power within us, you just have to be ambitious and devoted enough to find it. Life is a mystery, and you never know what tomorrow will bring, but that is the beauty of it. Be patient with yourself and trust that the path you are on is the one that is taking you to your ultimate destination.

Saint Podcast x The Effect Social Media Has On Societal Normalities & The Courage Of Self Reflection

Social Media is a crucial part of our lives as the world continues to evolve with technology. If you are a millennial or older you can reminisce on your simple childhood memories before the IG & TikTok era. In the last twenty years, humans have evolved with technology and society has completely shifted as we know it. With anything in life, there are always positives and negatives to almost everything, but do we ever stop to reflect on why we follow certain trends and norms of today’s culture? It would be safe to say social media has many benefits and we feel more connected with humanity than ever. By the same token, we live with constant comparison, judgement, and pressure due to our unlimited access to any source of information, person or thing we could possibly imagine. Through this episode, we dive into many of our own personal observations and opinions on topics that we believe are crucial to discuss and reflect on. It can be difficult to look deep within yourself and ask the hard question. It’s difficult to reevaluate and gain perspective on why some of these “norms” can be detrimental to our development as individuals. We want to share our perspective with our audience as we both individually have found more peace and purpose by asking ourselves “ is society changing for the better?” and shifting our focus to something beyond ourselves. It’s never too late to be a person of change.
