Episode 30-Madison Mooney
Run Happy Podcast di Baxter Friedman and Charlie Rook
Note sull'episodio
We had the pleasure of having Madison Mooney on the podcast, an 800 and miler for the University of Wisconsin. We had a great conversation about how she is navigating her 6th year at Wisconsin and talked about all the things she has learned. We hear about Wisconsin's running culture and how Madison has been having an amazing last year. She talks about this track season saying that she is very happy with what is happening but still has high goals. She is happy but not satisfied which we think is the best possible mindset to have in any situation. Madison has also recently started growing on social media and we talk about what she has learned in this area. We also have a surprise guest in the middle of the episode...
