What happens when you give two unapologetic maximalists the mic? Can confirm the conversation pops off, real fast.

Alexxa and I talk about the stuff women usually say only to themselves, or quietly among friends, if at all: Bodies--the changes we experience, and the ones we elect to make along the way. Unapologetic confidence as a point of view, and how it requires constant upkeep and recalibration in order to make it authentic.

More than anything, we make it so clear that what matters is choosing and working on the version of yourself that feels most you—even if it’s untraditional, opinionated, 50 shades of pink and fully unhinged. We do our best to encourage women so specifically to quiet any noise that deters you or tries to talk you out of who you are.

If this hit, save it for the days you forget that positive self-talk is a discipline and confidence is a practice, not a personality trait. Also, and as per uzsh, I talk over Alexxa constantly, and my phrase of the day is "I respect that so much" for those of you who play a drinking game during my episodes! (highly encouraged)
