How to Manage Negative Thoughts Before They Control You
Esplicito
Just because you thought it doesn't mean it's true. In this episode, we're talking about how to manage negative thoughts without letting every single one control your mood, your confidence, or your decisions. I also walk you through the cloud exercise: a simple way to notice a negative thought, acknowledge it, and imagine letting it pass instead of immediately grabbing onto it and treating it like a fact. Because sometimes the thought is: "They don't like me." "I'm not good enough." "I'm going to embarrass myself." "What if everything goes wrong?" And before we know it, we've created an entire story around something we don't even know is true. Let's start questioning those thoughts instead of automatically believing them.
The Royal Court: Is "I'm Too Much" Actually True?
👑 Welcome to The Royal Court. Today we're putting one of the most common negative beliefs on trial: "I'm too much." How many times have you believed that because someone walked away... Ghosted you... Or made you feel like you needed to become smaller? In this episode, we're treating that belief like a courtroom case. We'll look at the evidence. Question the assumptions. Hear from your "witnesses." Ask what your future self would say. And finally... Deliver a verdict. Because feelings are welcome in this courtroom... But only facts get to win. If you've ever struggled with confidence, self-worth, or feeling like you're "too much," this episode is for you. 👑 Don't forget to subscribe if you're learning to stop abandoning yourself and start choosing yourself. 1:1 Mentorship Looking for personalized support? How to Forgive Yourself (Even If You Think You Can't)
Esplicito
Have you ever found it easier to forgive everyone else than to forgive yourself? In this episode, we're talking about why self-forgiveness is one of the hardest—but most important—things you'll ever do. I'll share why we hold onto guilt, what self-forgiveness actually looks like, and how letting go can completely change the way you see yourself. I also talk about the new Avatar: The Last Airbender movie, so ⚠️ spoiler warning if you haven't seen it yet! If you've been carrying guilt, shame, or regret, I hope this conversation reminds you that your past doesn't have to define your future. 1:1 Mentorship Looking for personalized support? Why Every Woman Should Watch "I'll Become a Villainess Who Goes Down in History" (Spoilers)
Esplicito
⚠️ Spoiler Warning! ⚠️ Today we're talking about one of the most empowering female protagonists I've seen in anime: "I'll Become a Villainess Who Goes Down in History." This isn't your typical anime review. It's a conversation about confidence. About refusing to shrink yourself. About staying true to your goals even when other people disagree with you. Throughout this episode, I share why this story resonated with me, the lessons I think women can take away from the main character, and why I believe more women—especially those learning to choose themselves—should give this anime a chance. We'll talk about: 👑 Having the courage to think differently. 👑 Not letting other people's opinions define your future. 👑 Why confidence often means standing alone before others understand your vision. 👑 What this anime teaches about ambition, self-worth, and resilience. 👑 The moments that genuinely inspired me (with spoilers!). If you're looking for an anime with a strong female lead who isn't afraid to chase her goals, this is one I'd recommend. ✨ Anime description: Woman reincarnates as Alicia, a villainess character from an otome game she admires. Upper Body Mantra: Choosing Self-Love One Affirmation at a Time
How often do you criticize your reflection? Your arms. Your shoulders. Your chest. Your neck. Your smile. Your face. What if, instead of repeating criticism, you started repeating kindness? In today's episode, I'm guiding you through a simple upper body affirmation mantra designed to help you replace self-criticism with self-respect. You don't have to believe every affirmation perfectly today. Just keep showing up. The words we repeat become the beliefs we carry. Take a deep breath, repeat after me, and give yourself permission to speak to yourself with the same kindness you so freely give to everyone else. 👑 If you're ready to build confidence, self-worth, and a healthier relationship with yourself, I'd love to welcome you into the Royally Confident Collective. 1:1 Mentorship Looking for personalized support? The Self-Respect Conversation We Need to Have About Sex
Esplicito
Sex is normal. Talking about sexual health should be normal too. In this episode, I'm sharing why I believe safe sex is about so much more than avoiding pregnancy or STIs. It's about self-respect. I'm opening up about my own experience with HPV and how it completely changed the way I think about protecting my health and having honest conversations before becoming intimate. We talk about: 💛 Why asking about STI testing shouldn't feel awkward. 💛 Why protecting your health is an act of self-respect. 💛 Why being afraid to ask the hard questions can come with real consequences. 💛 How confidence helps you have conversations that once felt uncomfortable. 💛 Why your desire to be liked should never be stronger than your desire to protect yourself. This isn't about fear. It's about making informed decisions, respecting your body, and remembering that your health matters. Because choosing yourself doesn't stop outside the bedroom. It belongs there too. If this episode resonated with you, subscribe, leave a review, and share it with someone who could benefit from this conversation. 1:1 Mentorship Looking for personalized support? Protecting Your Peace Without Explaining Yourself
Have you ever caught yourself over-explaining your decisions? Trying to make everyone understand where you're coming from? Feeling like you have to prove your point just to feel heard? I used to do that all the time. In this episode, I'm sharing two small moments from my week that made me realize just how much I've grown. One was a conversation where I chose not to explain myself. The other was a disagreement during a game where I realized something surprising... I no longer needed to be right. Not because I didn't have an opinion. But because I finally understood that protecting my peace is more important than winning an argument. We'll talk about why over-explaining is often rooted in seeking validation, why some people are committed to misunderstanding you, and how confidence grows when you stop feeling responsible for making everyone agree with your choices. If you've ever struggled with people-pleasing, over-explaining, or feeling like you always have to defend yourself... This episode is for you. 👑 If you're ready to build that kind of confidence, don't forget to subscribe and check out the Royally Confident Collective, where we're learning to stop abandoning ourselves and start choosing ourselves—together. 1:1 Mentorship Looking for personalized support? Your Life Doesn't Start After Weight Loss
How much of your life have you put on hold because of your body? Maybe you've told yourself... "I'll wear the bikini when I lose weight." "I'll start dating when I look better." "I'll take pictures when I'm smaller." "I'll travel when I feel more confident." But what if that day never comes? In this episode, we're talking about how hiding your body often turns into hiding your life. We're talking about the little ways we convince ourselves to wait before we're "allowed" to be happy—and why that mindset keeps us stuck. Inside this episode we discuss: 👑 Why confidence doesn't come after weight loss. 👙 Why you should wear the bikini now—not someday. ✈️ Why waiting for your "future body" means missing your present life. 💛 How to stop obsessing over every flaw you see in the mirror. 🌸 Why your body isn't something you have to earn the right to enjoy life in. ✨ The mindset shifts that helped me stop hiding and start living. This episode isn't about pretending you'll love every part of yourself every day. It's about refusing to let insecurity decide whether you get to experience your own life. Because life isn't waiting for your future body. So why should you? If this episode resonated with you, subscribe, leave a review, and share it with someone who's been putting their life on pause. 👑 And if you're ready to start choosing yourself in every area of your life, I'd love to support you inside the Royally Confident Collective. 1:1 Mentorship Looking for personalized support? The Freedom That Comes From De-Centering Men | De-Centering Men Part: 3
What actually happens when you stop centering your life around men? In the final episode of my De-Centering Men mini series, we're talking about what life looks like on the other side. Because this isn't about giving up on love. It's about creating a life that's already so full that a relationship becomes a bonus instead of the goal. In this episode, we talk about how everything begins to change when you stop making relationships the center of your life. You'll learn why: • You stop panicking when someone leaves. • Dating becomes exciting instead of exhausting. • You enjoy your own company. • You stop settling because you know being single is better than being in the wrong relationship. • Your standards naturally become higher. • Red flags become an instant "ick" instead of something you make excuses for. • You choose your peace more often. • A relationship becomes something that adds to your life instead of becoming your life. • You're no longer afraid of being alone because you've built friendships, hobbies, goals, and a life you genuinely enjoy. • You start accomplishing goals you never thought were possible because your focus shifts back to yourself. • You become happier because your happiness no longer depends on someone else choosing you. The biggest lesson I hope you take away from this series is this: The goal was never to stop wanting love. The goal was to build a life that you'd still be proud of, even if a relationship wasn't part of it today. Because when you choose yourself first, every relationship becomes healthier. If this series helped you see yourself differently, I'd love for you to subscribe, leave a review, and share it with another woman who needs this reminder. 👑 And if you're ready to put these lessons into practice with a community of women doing the same, come join the Royally Confident Collective. 1:1 Mentorship Looking for personalized support?
