Follow the Leader - Part 5
Speaker: Pastor Jeremiah
God's kindness does more than make us feel accepted: it invites us to repent and grow. In Part 5 of Follow the Leader, Pastor Jeremiah explores Romans 2:1-5 and the difference between simply being nice and showing kindness that seeks another person's true good.
Through personal examples and Jesus' response to Peter's coming failure, the message connects kindness with patience, truth, encouragement, and hope for restoration. God's grace does not excuse sin, but His love reaches toward us before we have earned it. As followers of Jesus, we are called to extend that same grace and trust Him with the timing of change.
