FLORIDA IS IN DIRE STRAITS WITH PROPERTY INSURANCE

who has helped fuck up the state of Florida? There is an easy answer, just start with JEB BUSH and every GOP governor and the GOP FL Legislature. Property taxes have doubled and even tripled for many homeowners, Car insurance has doubled and millage rates are rising and expected to rise across the board in all FL counties. If you thought Florida was Fucked up.....it is.

ALL DIRECTIONS IN FLORIDA POINT TO BAD TIMES AHEAD

Don't move to Florida unless YOU really understand what you're getting into or it could and will bite you in your ASS. Property Taxes, Insurance costs, Car insurance, bad schools, and so much more.....why anyone would want to move to Florida in 2024 is beyond comprehension.

THE VILLAGES & LAWN CARE

ALL ABOUT LAWN CARE IN THE VILLAGES AND THINGS THAT YOU NEED TO KNOW BEFORE YOU EVER MORE TO THE VILLAGES, IN FLORIDA. DON'T BE A DISEASE TRANSMITTER.

THE VILLAGES AND FLORIDA GOOD OR BAD YOU DECIDE

This will be the last Village/FL related episode (at least for a while) as Season 4 will be about ETHICS & PERSONAL INTEGRITY, JAN 6TH and other related ethics and law breaking by people in general. Should be fun. Please subscribe to my youtube channel at ROBERTKNAUERUNFILTERED.

DOCTORS IN THE VILLAGES

At ROBERTKNAUERUNFILTERED I talk about how doctors back in 2007 were not necessarily so good, and yet, slowly doctors, nurses, etc...have gotten better and why? Because NOW there is more available affordable rental housing for them and service personnel than there was in 2007, and yet, the problem still exists that there is not enough affordable housing in and around the Villages to support the rapid growth occuring here.

VILLAGER KILLS VILLAGER IN THE VILLAGES

EXACTLY WHAT THE TITLE SAYS WITH A LITTLE MORE ADDED. ENJOY THIS SHORT 10 MIN. SEGMENT ON THE VILLAGES "AMERICAS FRIENDLIEST HOME TOWN"

YOU VIOLATED THE FEDERAL FALSE CLAIMS ACT (FCA)-- NOW WHAT?

Podcaster Robert Knauer CPCM CPPO gives detailed insight into a contracting case brought against a young married couple under the "Federal False Claims Act" or FCA as it is known in federal circles. The case was improperly brought against the couple by Army Criminal Investigators (ARMY CID), but there wasn't sufficient evidence proceed with the case (after three years in court) and the case was dismissed by federal judge Terrance Boyle. Although the case was finally dismissed, the story points out significant time, legal expense and emotional heartache caused simply because one person did the RIGHT THING while the other spouse did the WRONG THING bringing the case to light. In every federal contracting action, all parties must always DO THE RIGHT THING and be above board and ethical in their transactions when dealing with the federal government. This case which can be read in its entirely at https://casetext.com/case/united-states-v-odyssey-mktg-grp-inc-1 dealing with case United States v. Odyssey Mktg. Grp., Inc., No. 5:15-CV-510-BO (E.D.N.C. Jun. 7, 2017) paints a clear and convincing picture that even though the married couple and all parties involved were NOT even remotely correct in their personal actions which caused the case to gain the attention of Army CID.....the case hinged on one main factor: that the husband, Rod M. immediately returned to the federal government (DFAS) all monies (improperly obtained and received) $700,000.00, because the husband (COO of Odyssey Marketing) knew the funds received were improperly obtained, not correct and he could not legally retain the money as there was no supporting federal contract or modification to justify retention of the $700K. This one simple act at the advice of this podcaster kept the husband and wife from being found guilty of wrongdoing under the Federal False Claims Act (FCA) and kept them from going to jail and spending millions in defense. Others involved in the case (Army Personnel) were not so lucky.

HOW AMERICA'S FORTUNE 1000 F%&@Ks EVERY AMERICAN

Podcaster ROBERT KNAUER explains what WE all know...we are being fucked by our own American Corporations on the basis of GREED and neither they nor Congress cares, but it is harming all Americans, middle-class and the poor (fuck rich) and you need to tell your member of Congress you are tired of the shit and want them to do something about this overcharging on goods.

WHY YOU DO NOT WANT TO MOVE TO FLORIDA

Lifetime resident of Florida and podcaster tells anyone thinking about moving to FL why they do not want to do so. Florida used to be a great state, but since the late 90s, the GOP legislature and now RON DESANCTIMOUNIOUS has bastardized and ruined everything including property taxes, public education, roads, sewers, water, recreation, property insurance rates and much more. Take a listen and don't be afraid by learn why YOU should not move here.
