Sorry for the delay in getting this episode out, family. I’ve been adjusting to some changes in my life (more about that on the next episode), so I definitely put this and other projects aside. But, I’M BACK BABY!

On this episode of the podcast, I put folks on to a nearby donut shop with vegan options; I share about my path to becoming vegan; and I give some encouragement for folks who are trying to make changes to their diet and/or wellness.
