Hi, and welcome to the very first episode of Rewiring Consciousness: The Podcast! We're so happy to be here sharing this with you. We both grew up experiencing chronic illnesses (Hypermobile EDS & More), but didn't fully understand the true cause of our pain until it felt like there wasn't any other option, but to look. In this episode, we dive into our own journeys of what life was like experiencing chronic illness and how we healed them. We cover life before our turning points, what led us to truly healing, and the methods that worked for us. We're here to shed light on the darkness, and to bring some hope to anyone that may be struggling with chronic illness, or know someone who is. We are so much more powerful than we often realize, and sometimes what we really need is love and compassion, an open mind, and the remembrance of what really is possible. Thank you for being here.
